These two, let me tell ya, what a cool couple! Except not on this day...on this day they were especially HOT. And not just because it was 97% humidity but because they were so extraordinarily good looking. Not that they aren't always good looking, but you know what I'm saying. Stop making me explain myself!
We were quite excited to shoot at the Fishermen's Inn as we had never been there - and it is an amazingly beautiful venue both inside and out! Highly recommended. Also highly recommended: pretty much everything else that was a part of this wedding because it was all gorgeous! The flowers, I died. The bridesmaids, hello, could they BE any prettier? The custom made flower girl dresses? Just, whatever. It was all fantastic and so grateful to be there!
Originally, it was to be an outdoor ceremony, but the storms rolled in so it was moved indoors. However, we still managed to sneak out for the first look and some other shots before everyone started sweating through their outfits. Actually, change that to 99% humidity. Yes, 99%. But luckily, everyone was 100% awesome so they didn't complain.
Sorry for all the math.
Seriously, how precious is this card from Grandma?
So here's the annoying thing about guys.
Come wedding day, they are all easy breezy - swinging clubs, throwing back beers, not a care in the world - while the women are busy stressing about if the table numbers are facing the right direction and if the DJ is working off the latest revision of their timeline, and if their hair is holding up to the humidity. Can I get a witness ladies?
So, that's the annoying part. But the flip side is all that easy breeziness usually produces some pretty awesome groomsmen pictures. Please see examples below. And this is what we call, "Wedding planning is done." And that's a wrap for now folks!
