Well, I have to say this wedding was the first time I've ever experienced someone cutting a foot of the bride's dress with a pocket knife so she could dance better. In my opinion, it was the absolute right decision - it's not like you're ever wearing it again. And a girl gotta dance.
If there's one thing I knew for sure about Tammy's wedding: it was going to be a blast. Tammy is a former co-worker of mine and I was so excited when she asked us to photographer her and Dustin's wedding. I will also say that this is the first time we have experienced the ENTIRE spectrum of weather during a wedding day. We went from extreme heat and sun, to a random storm followed by crazy winds and a temp drop of like 20 degrees...and then a rainbow. ? I'm pretty sure that must mean more than good luck.
From barns to camo vests to moonshine, this was a rustic and beautiful wedding that people truly had fun at. Congratulations Dustin and Tammy!
Did I mention it was pretty hot?
You know what they say... you find out who your true friends are when you need someone to put your socks on.
Ironically, this truck would later be used as an outhouse... the groom's thoughts, exactly. P.S. not water in that mason jar.
NOPE. Not water.
You know when you're on the way to family formals and you just completely fall and everyone's watching and we all just start laughing.
Doesn't every cake cutting end up with a friendly chase around the table?
Doesn't every reception begin with the bride getting the bottom of her dress cut off because it's too hot and it's impeding her ability to dance?
Most definitely... the best of luck right there. #rainbow
